AI Disclosure

EVM LLC ("EVM", "we", "us") builds and uses artificial intelligence (AI) tools. This page explains where AI is involved when you visit our site or deal with us. It supplements our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

1. AI services we sell

Part of our business is building AI agents, AI receptionists and automation for our clients. When you contact one of our clients, you may reach an AI system that we built and configured for them.

2. AI phone calls

When an AI voice agent is on a call, it tells you at the start of the call that it is an AI. You can ask at any time to be connected to a person, or to be removed from future calls, and we will do so.

3. Automated follow-up

If you submit a form, book a call or give us your phone number or email address, software may send you follow-up messages about your request. Some of these messages may be written with the help of AI. You can stop emails with the unsubscribe link in any email. For text messages, reply STOP.

4. AI in our own work

We use AI tools to help research, draft, design and build marketing work. A person at EVM reviews and is responsible for what we publish or send to a client.

5. Your information and AI

We do not sell your personal information. How we collect, use and share information is described in our Privacy Policy. To ask us to delete your information, see User Data Deletion.
