EVM LLC ("EVM", "we", "us", or "our") operates the website at https://effectivevisibilitymarketing.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have about your information.
By visiting our Site or contacting us through the Site, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.

2.2 Information we collect automatically
When you visit our Site, our hosting provider and any analytics tools we use may automatically collect:

- Device type
- Pages visited and time spent on each page

We do not currently set marketing cookies or use cross-site tracking pixels on this Site. If we add analytics or advertising cookies in the future, we will update this Policy and provide a cookie notice where required by law.
2.3 Information from third parties
If you reach us through a third-party platform (LinkedIn, Google Business, a referral partner, etc.), we may receive information that platform shares with us, such as your name, public profile information, and the inquiry you sent.
2.4 Payment information
When you pay for our services through this Site, payment is processed by Stripe, Inc., a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor (the highest level of payment-card security certification).
Card and bank information you submit goes directly to Stripe through Stripe's secure, encrypted Checkout page or Elements. EVM does not see, store, or have access to your full card number, CVC, or bank account number at any time. What we do receive from Stripe is:
- The last 4 digits of your card and the card brand (e.g. "Visa ending 4242")
- The card expiration month and year
- Your billing name, billing address, and email
- A Stripe customer ID and transaction ID
- The amount, currency, and status of the transaction
All payment data is encrypted in transit using TLS (HTTPS) and encrypted at rest by Stripe. For Stripe's own privacy practices, see https://stripe.com/privacy.
If you contact us about a charge, please do not send your full card number by email. Reference the last 4 digits and the date of the transaction instead.
3. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiries and provide the services you request
- Send proposals, quotes, contracts, and follow-up communications
- Deliver the marketing services we have been engaged to provide (paid ads, SEO, AI agents, custom development, etc.)
- Operate, maintain, and improve our Site
- Comply with our legal obligations (tax, accounting, regulatory)
- Prevent fraud and protect the security of our Site, our clients, and ourselves
4. Legal bases (for EU/UK visitors)
If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your personal information on one or more of the following legal bases:
- Consent — when you submit a contact form or sign up for marketing emails
- Performance of a contract — when you are a client or are in the process of becoming a client
- Legitimate interests — to operate our business, secure our Site, and respond to inquiries
- Legal obligation — to meet our tax, accounting, and regulatory duties
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:
- Service providers — hosting (SiteGround), email infrastructure (Google Workspace), payment processing (Stripe), form submission handling (Web3Forms), and analytics, when used. These vendors are bound by confidentiality obligations and are only permitted to use the information to provide services to us.
- Advertising platforms — when we are running paid advertising campaigns ON BEHALF OF YOU AS A CLIENT, we share campaign-related data with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok strictly to execute the work you have engaged us to do. We do not share your personal contact information with these platforms for our own marketing purposes.
- Legal compliance — when required by law, court order, or government request, or to enforce our agreements or protect the rights, property, or safety of EVM, our clients, or others.
- Business transfers — if EVM is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you and update this Policy if such a transfer occurs.
6. Data retention
We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy or as required by law. Typical retention periods:
- Inquiry forms: up to 24 months from your last contact, then deleted or anonymized
- Client records: retained for the duration of our engagement plus 7 years for tax and accounting purposes
- Server logs: 90 days
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we collect, including:
- Encrypted connections (HTTPS / TLS) across all pages of the Site
- Payment processing handled entirely by Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1) — your full card number never reaches EVM's servers
- Access controls and authentication on our internal systems and admin accounts
- Reputable third-party vendors (SiteGround, Google Workspace, Stripe) for hosting, email, and payments — each with their own security certifications
- Routine review of vendor practices and prompt response to any reported security issues
No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe there has been a security incident involving your information, please contact us immediately at effectivevisibilitymarketing@gmail.com.
